A Law Firm Committed to Family Law

Kyle Scoresby has over 25 years of experience practicing law. He initially began practicing law in San Diego in 1989, and moved to Arizona in 1990. Mr. Scoresby opened his current practice in 1992. He limits his practice to family law cases, with a focus on divorce, child custody (legal decision-making), child support, paternity, and related areas.

Scottsdale Family Law Provides Impeccable Representation

Mr. Scoresby has a small but efficient practice. He will not take on more cases than he can handle, and he remains involved in every aspect of your case from start to finish. If you retain Mr. Scoresby, you get Mr. Scoresby. He has extensive trial experience, but he also has the ability to settle. He will work with you and for you – to do what is best for your situation.

There may be certain portions of your case that may be handled by a paralegal. This is a great cost-saving benefit to you. Mr. Scoresby has a team of quality, knowledgeable and adept paralegals who he has hand-chosen to assist him. He also has an administrative staff who are extremely capable and knowledgeable and ready to assist you at a moment’s notice. The staff have significantly lower rates and at times can answer many or most of your questions just as sufficiently as Mr. Scoresby. The staff are there to keep you informed and aware of the details of your case.

Rest assured that no document will go out of the office without Mr. Scoresby’s approval, or the client’s own approval. His is not an office where a client retains and does not see the attorney again until the day of trial. Mr. Scoresby remains fully involved in each and every one of his cases. He knows each client’s name, the names of their children, and the details of each case. It is a lot to remember, but in a people-focused business, it is the little things that matter.
