Noela Mikhail represents privately held companies, and individuals in all matters related to contracts and transactions for business enterprises, at all stages of set-up, growth and development. Ms. Mikhail has a passion for contributing to the success of businesses and advocates with this sense of personal investment. For the past 6 years, she has garnered diverse experience working with general counsel in the software and technology industries, as well as in payment processing, and alternative energy. Noela also has versatile real estate experience, both commercial and residential, through time spent in California at a law firm working with large-scale development projects and a full range of real estate transactional matters. Additionally, she has been a licensed real estate agent in Arizona for over 5 years, allowing her to serve her clients and bring her practical residential experience back to her representation matters. Born and raised in the Bay Area, she relocated to Scottsdale in 2010 with her husband and two sons, and joined Davis Blase Stone & Holder in 2016. She enjoys camping and spending time outdoors with her family, loves graphic and interior design, and is thankful that Arizona is so close to California so that she can enjoy both places during the year.
