Ms. Holder obtained her first law degree in Latvia, studying local and international law of the European Union. After relocating to the United States in 2003, Ms. Holder earned her Masters Degree in Business Administration and began studying American law at the University of Arizona.
She has successfully authored several industry articles addressing topics such as Arizona’s child support system in the context of federal law, complex issues of immigrant support, environmental issues, and the administrative tax appeal system in Arizona. Prior to becoming a practicing attorney and a partner in her current firm, Ms. Holder worked as a full-time paralegal for law firms specializing in domestic relations, which led to her calling of practicing family law and making a positive difference in people’s lives.
Ms. Holder immerses herself in every case, meticulously analyzing every aspect to obtain the best possible outcome for her clients, whether through negotiation, mediation, or trial. Fervently protective of the best interests of children, she thrives in seeing the difference her work makes in their lives. Her expertise also includes a variety of intricate financial issues including drafting and defending premarital agreements, tracing separate property and community waste, complex asset division, business valuation, division of stock options/RSUs, spousal maintenance, child support, and post-decree modification, enforcement and collection. Ms. Holder takes great care to discuss and establish realistic expectations with her clients while providing exceptional support and being responsive to their needs.
Outside of practicing law, Ms. Holder loves to ski, play tennis, and collect owl art. She is fluent in Latvian, Russian, and English.
